From March 8 to 9, the Director of Provincial Patriotic Health Campaign Committee Office (PHCCO) Ni Youxin led the investigation team to field investigate the achievement in consolidating the national health city and the situation of meeting review of national health city in Chenzhou City.

On the afternoon of March 9, at the review investigation feedback meeting of national health city in Chenzhou, the investigation team put forward the problems, countermeasures and suggestions in the management for Patriotic Health Campaign Organization, vector biological control, city environment, environmental protection, health and food safety in key places, drinking water safety, health education, public health, medical services and other 8 aspects.

Ni Youxin pointed out that the investigation team should mainly point out the problem, in order to be less or no penalty points when accept the review. Ni Youxin required that the investigation team should further strengthen the long-term mechanism construction and reinforce the work base; should further enhance publicity atmosphere and improve the behavior of citizens; should speed up the rectification efforts and do a good job to meet the review.

From 2009 to 2014 and through six years of hard work, Chenzhou successfully created the national health city and will meet the first review this year. Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of Municipal Committee Propaganda Department Feng Haiyan pointed out that the achievement is hard won and must act quickly; we must pay close attention to implement, not only solve the problems pointed out by investigation team, but also the relevant units have to learn by analogy, rectify and implement with the stands; must improve the working mechanism and promote the normal work; must strengthen supervision and accountability, work together and positively act.

Vice Mayor Zhou Hailin made a statement on behalf of the Municipal Government. Zhou Hailin required to further raise awareness and increase the work strength; strive to do a good job on rectification by problem-oriented; continue to improve the long-term mechanism to ensure the smooth pass of the review.
