Rucheng County carried out the comprehensive family doctor signing service this year. According to the plan, the county need complete more than 30% of the general population contract service coverage this year, and more than 60% of the focus groups signing service. The coverage of rural subsistence allowances objects, destitute supporting objects, registered rural poor people, severe disability, family planning special families and other disadvantaged groups signing service should reach 100%.

It was reported that the county issued a "Implementation plans on promoting the family doctor signing service in Rucheng County" to clear the overall idea and objectives of family doctor signing service; clear the main body of signing service, service content, service charge and payment mechanism, health insurance policies, performance incentive mechanism, medical resources transfixion mechanism, technology support, ability of improving the basic medical and health service and other tasks. At the same time, the plan clears the leadership of the organization, supervision and evaluation, publicity and other work requirements to provide a guarantee for the family doctor signing service; clears the Quanshui Town Hospital as the demonstration township hospital and takes Xiuxi Village and Hantang Village in Quanshui Town as model villages to comprehensively standardize and promote the family doctor signing service in the county.
