The rehabilitation hospital and the municipal rehabilitation center of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City are affiliated units of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City. The rehabilitation hospital covers an area of 222 mu, with 89000 square meters of medical rooms and 500 beds. It is a third-class hospital rehabilitation geriatric hospital with rehabilitation medicine, geriatrics, traditional Chinese medicine service, modern chronic disease and sub-health management. The rehabilitation center is adjacent to the rehabilitation hospital. The construction of the rehabilitation center is divided into two phases. The first phase is officially started in September 2019, and is planned to be put into use in July next year, covering an area of 40 mu and a construction area of 31000 square meters, with a total investment of 160 million yuan. It plans to provide 500 nursing beds for the elderly, the disabled and the mentally retarded with long-term medical care, pension and rehabilitation.
