In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, instructions on the disease control system, further clarify the responsibilities and functions of the CDC, identify the location, plan for development, and promote the capacity building of the disease prevention and control system in the city, recently, the training on capacity building of disease prevention and control system in Chenzhou City was held. More than 120 people from all county and urban health bureaus in charge of disease control work, chief of disease holding unit, directors of county and urban CDC, leaders in charge of epidemic prevention and control, quality management, inspection and testing, and heads of relevant departments attended the training.

During the one-and-a-half-day training, the participants interpreted and discussed on the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control system reform, the county level disease control agency's job responsibility positioning, the establishment and operation of the disease control quality management system, the disease control agency's laboratory capacity evaluation project, the "Hunan Anti Epidemic National Debt Fund Project (CDC) Program", and the "Action plan for key construction of public health prevention and treatment capacity in Hunan Province (2020-2023)".

Through this training, they have further deepened the understanding of the reform of disease control system and the quality management system of disease control institutions, which helped to comprehensively strengthen the construction of public health system and the construction of major epidemic prevention and treatment system.
