On the afternoon of November 9, Ouyang Feng, member of the Standing Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary General of the Municipal Party Committee, came to the East Hospital of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou to schedule the construction of the project on site. 

Ouyang Feng and his party inspected the interior decoration of the outpatient hall and inpatient building of the hospital, dispatched the construction of internal and external traffic facilities, traffic organization, bus line extension, project completion acceptance, etc., fully affirmed the diligent efforts made by the relevant departments of the city for the project construction, and proposed specific requirements to do all the preparatory work before the opening of the East Hospital to ensure the opening on schedule.

Ouyang Feng urged that we should conscientiously study and implement the spirit and important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, always put the safety and health of the people in the first place, intensify efforts to solve problems of development, and effectively solve the difficulties and problems in project construction. The East Hospital construction project of the First People's Hospital of the city is a key project of the city and a livelihood project of great concern.
