The Chenzhou National Healthcare Security Information Platform was launched in Chenzhou on September 9, 2021, providing the insured with better healthcare security services. 

 

This year, 20 subsystems such as fund finance, public services and intelligent audit went into operation, realizing the full service of the healthcare security platform. 

 

The launch of the whole process service of the provincial healthcare security platform will provide strong support for the standardized business handling, smart supervision, convenient services and accurate decision-making analysis, greatly improve the ability and level of healthcare security services, and provide strong support for Chenzhou to deepen the reform of the medical security system and promote the high-quality development of the city’s healthcare security sector. 

 

E-code for medical insurance, as the only identity credential for handling online health insurance businesses, is uniformly generated by the national healthcare security information platform. It’s fully applicable to all business items of medical security. 

 

Through the e-code for medical insurance of Alipay, the individual account balance, insurance status, payment details, consumption details, etc. can be known. E-code for medical insurance can be used to settle the medical bill through the hospital window, IOT face scanning equipment, self-service machine and Alipay applet.
