Hong Kong Loving Funds signed the contract to donate 100 million yuan on the construction of “Anren Siyuan Experimental School” at Anren county, Chenzhou city. Anren county was one the four counties to sign the contract in the first batch. According to the plan, this experimental school will be completed in September, 2013. It will enroll 2700 students once finished, which will effectively alleviate the problem of insufficient academic places of urban areas.
