The working conference of further promotion of classroom teaching reform was held in Chenzhou city. The attendants of this conference observed the classroom teaching in four primary and middle schools of Chenzhou city and shared some experience on the reform of classroom teaching.

In recent years, Chenzhou education system firmly focused on the development concept of education with the core concern of upgrading education quality, and focused on the work of classroom teaching with the target of forging high efficient class to boost the basic education reform. Both the municipal and county level of education administrative departments and the primary and middle schools carried out specified measures to promote the reform work and achieved effective results.
On the process of classroom teaching reform, teachers do not only pay attention to the exploration of new teaching mode to arouse students’ capacity of independent study and active development, but try to find new studying modes to cultivate students’ different studying capacities as well.

It was required on the conference that the development concept of education with the core demand of upgrading should be firmly established; classroom teaching reform should be further promoted as the key part of the education development to increase the education quality; school infrastructure construction should be enhanced to provide better condition for the upgrading of education, and a professional teaching team should be further improved to guarantee education upgrading with more highly qualified teachers.
