Feb. 25, 2013 was the first school day after Chinese Spring Festival. 0.84 million primary and middle school students of Chenzhou city came back school to enjoy their new term on that day.

It was learned from Education Bureau of Chenzhou city that 4701 senior high school students of Zixing city can take free education from this term. Zixing city was the first one of Chenzhou city to handle this free senior high school education. Thanks to this favorable policy, many families were free from the education tuition burden and the “strong education” project was handled out well in the city. In the earlier year, Shaoshan city took the first try of free senior high school education in Hunan province.

All schools of Chenzhou city executed the publicity system of education fees well from the first school day of this year. At the meantime, the propaganda activity named “My Chinese Dream” were carried out in the schools to encourage teachers and students to behave good traditions and keep safe and harmonious school conditions.
