It was learned from members conference of special group of comprehensive governance for safety of schools and surrounded area of Chenzhou Comprehensive Governance Committee, it planned to establish 5 Hunan provincial safety schools and 15 municipal safety schools in 2014, and at the meantime it planned to guide the education administrative departments of the districts and counties to launch some safety schools construction projects to upgrade 2 counties to be Hunan provincial advanced counties on safety school construction work.

A revised “assessment specifications for Chenzhou safety school” was released by Chenzhou city in the first half of 2014. At the meantime, a special expert group handled out the assessment work for the three Hunan provincial safety schools submitted in 2013, which fully analyzed and evaluated the arrangement of the special capitals placed for safety schools construction. At the meantime, along with the establishment of safety schools, more safety facilities would be equipped to the schools to upgrade its safety work.
