In 2015, the China Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee (CCNG), the Ministry of Justice and the Central Comprehensive Management Office jointly issued a document to carry out the 3rd "caring for tomorrow, popularizing law first" - youth law education activities all over china. Based on the actual situation, our city has worked out a practical plan for implementation, and all departments at all levels have worked closely together. Over the past three years, our city has invested the special funds of 38.7 million yuan, set up 796 propaganda law education groups with 7512 members, organized 2770 times of youth law education reports for 1.894 million people, built 73 high standard legal culture theme parks and theme squares, and 136 youth law exhibition rooms, and established 72 high standard youth law education bases. The "National Youth Law Popularization Education" has been implemented in the teaching materials, teaching hours, teachers and funds in the campus. At present, a total of 90 schools have declared the "national zero crime school".
