On September 4, the Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning of Chenzhou City issued a notice of detailed planning and architectural design of Yuanhengjia Chenzhou Public School (phase I and II) and Commercial Plaza.

Yuanhengjia Chenzhou Public School (phase I and phase II) and Commercial Plaza are located in Xiaobu Nanling Ecological City, which is located in Wuguang new area, next to Yihe Manor project.

On March 20, 2020, Chenzhou City and Shenzhen Yuanhengjia Education Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony of Chenzhou Yuanhengjia Education (Sports) project. Yuanhengjia International Education City and Youth (Sports) Comprehensive Practice Base officially declared to be settled in a small town with national sports and leisure characteristics.

The overall plan

Yuanhengjia International Education City is about 1500 mu, and the Youth (Sports) Comprehensive Practice Base is about 500 mu, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan.

In the first phase of Yuanhengjia Chenzhou Public School, the physical education building, science and technology teaching building, kindergarten, library and dormitory will be built; in the second phase, the primary school and junior middle school teaching building, two dormitories and canteens will be built; the commercial square is composed of two-story commercial street and three six storey apartment buildings.

It was reported that the first phase of the project started in May this year, and it was planned to complete the construction and start school before September 2021.

Although it is located in Wuguang new area, it is far away from the central urban area and lacks of educational resources. The establishment of new schools also makes up for the blank of educational resources in Xiaobu area. As an important hub for Chenzhou to connect with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, it has incomparable advantages in school environment, traffic location and regional supporting facilities.
