2014 Trans-China International Road Cycling Race- Chenzhou Jiahe Part to be Launched on September 9, 2014

It was reported that 2014 Trans-China International Road Cycling Race- Chenzhou Jiahe Part would be launched on this September 9. A preliminary meeting for this race was held in Chenzhou city on August 19, 2014. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that all departments should pay high attention on the race to ensure it to be carried out successfully.

 

Trans-China International Road Cycling Race was firstly launched in Xi’an city on September 10, 2010 and ended in Tianjin city. Along with four years development, it was upgraded as a top international race which attracted 492 contestants from 67 countries in 2013. It was about 15,531kms long traveling 40 cities of China.

 

Concerned for this race, it would be started in Xi’an on this August 30 and ended in Tianjin city. Chenzhou Jiahe part is the second phase of this race, covering 140kms. It would be started from Chenzhou Sports city, passing Chenyong Aveue, Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone, Chenzhou Avenue, Guijia road and ended in Jiulaofeng landscape of Jiahe county. This event is followed the standards of international man’s highway multi-day contest, 22 top international professional teams were attracted to attend this race.

 

The principal of the subordinate department introduced the race on the conference and specified the responsibilities of Jiahe competition organizing committee and its members. Liu stated that it was a good chance to propaganda, introduce and promote Chenzhou city internationally by handling this high level international highway cycling race. All the departments should be well aware of its significance and perform their roles to promote the preliminary work and ensure it to be handled out well.

 

 

Liu required that all departments should figure out the workable solutions and planning on the basis of their responsibilities. More attention should be placed on the security work ensure its safety during the racing period. More efforts should be tried on propaganda work and other support work to promote the preliminary work efficiently and ensure it to be carried out successfully.
