It was reported on September 4, 2014- the second day of Hunan provincial sports meeting, Chenzhou delegation won two gold medals and two bronze medals in wrestling. Deng Chengpeng who was just 14 years old from Guiyang county, Chenzhou city won the gold medal in 42-46kgs free wrestling. That was the first medal won by teenager group of Chenzhou delegation in this sports meeting.

After winning this 43-46kgs free wrestling gold medal by Deng Chengpeng who defeated Zhuzhou city’s athlete with the score of 12:2, Peng Zhiwei won another gold medal in 50kgs classic wrestling.

Lei Long and Li Xing of Chenzhou delegation’s members won bronze medals in 42-46kgs and 60kgs classic wrestling separately.
