It was reported that the establishing conference of Chenzhou Youth Football Association & 1st boarding conference was held in Chenzhou city on April 15,2016. It was announced on the conference that the association was established in Chenzhou city officially.

Chenzhou Youth Football Association is an non-profitable and non-government organization formed by 40 units as Chenzhou Lvjingmeidao Football School and 29 individuals as Yuan Bin. The tenet for the association is to popularize the youth football, create the atmosphere of football in the society, and cultivate football talents for China. It indicated that Chenzhou city's improvement of youth football stepped into a new stage from the establishment of the association.

As stated by relative principal on the conference that guided by the department, the association will try great efforts to handle different activities as middle and primary school football championship, "blessing city" cup football invitation contest, training course for football referees and coaches, football kids selection for national football event, and etc.,; will apply the most advanced scientific training methods to carry out special football events in schools, kindergarten teaching, short-term training, camp, and etc., which was purposely to cultivate more football talents to the state and Hunan provincial team; will invite more famous coaches and experts of the world to offer lectures and teaching in Chenzhou city; and will enhance the communication among other cities and international football institutes.
