Recently, in the first China Go Conference, Hunan Province won the second place in the team. Among them, teacher Man Hui from Chenzhou Fucheng chessman participated in this contest as a player and contributed himself to the Hunan team.

The first China Go Conference was jointly organized by the National Sports General Administration chess and Sports Management Center, China Go Association, Municipality Sports Bureau and Ordos Municipal Government, and opened in Ejin Horo Banner. Professional players Nie Weiping were invited to attend. The Go Conference, the first time to face all Go enthusiasts, started from August 11 and will be held for 11 days. A total of more than 5,000 Go enthusiasts and professional Go masters together opened an unprecedented scale of the national chess carnival.

The China Go Conference competition was rich in content and strong in participation with the competitive, popularity and entertainment. The content was divided into two modules of carnival and race, covering 16 events, the most comprehensive domestic Go event. It was reported that Hunan Province won the second place in the team, but also created the best performance in Go competition in the history of Hunan Province.
