On January 8, Chenzhou Hemei Fitness Association held a new year's meeting from 2020 to 2021.

At present, Chenzhou Hemei Fitness Association has 5000 members. In 2020, the association continued to rehearse and actively participated in various performances and events. On May 25, 2020, a special stage performance of citizens' happiness was held in the Wuling Square. On October 25, 2020, a large-scale cheongsam dance with 240 people was rehearsed and 20 different forms of programs were performed in Wuling Square for public welfare. From September to November 2020, more than 1500 people from 60 teams participated in six auditions and one final of "Ode to Chinese Culture". On November 13, 2020, they won the first prize in the 11th National Fitness Festival and Choreographer League of Hunan Province. In December 2020, they won the special prize in the third choreography competition of Hunan Province. The association was rated as the advanced unit of promoting choreography square dance in 2020 by Hunan Provincial Center of National Square Dance Promotion Center.

At the annual meeting, more than 10 teams of the association performed separately. At the same time, 83 outstanding members and 14 outstanding workers of the association were commended.
