The race is one of the activities for the second Chenzhou Tourism Development Conference in 2024 to be held in Zixing City.

 

Since the beginning of this year, Zixing City has made efforts to promote the integrated development of tourism with culture, sports, industry and others, with its focus on the construction and improvement of Dongjiang Lake, Dongjiang Bay, Huilong Mountain, the demonstration park for integrated development of rural industries, and rural tourism, as well as a series of activities such as Dongjiang Lake Video Contest, Dragon Boat Race, Kayak Race, and Qingdao Beer and Food Festival.

 

 

 

In the first quarter of this year, the total number of tourists and the tourism revenue in Zixing City increased by 14.03% and 15.34% year on year respectively, both ranking first in Chenzhou City.
