The race tracks are all located in Mangshan National Forest Park, mainly consisting of slopes, bends, and forest trails. The triathlon involves a 1.5-km swim, a 15-km bike ride, and a 4.2-km run, with a total elevation gain of nearly 1,000 meters throughout the course.  

 

 

The scenery along the track is beautiful, and the air is fresh, with the content of negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter up to more than 100,000. 

 

“The beautiful scenery makes me feel like running in a painting, especially during the running phase. Although my body is a bit tired, the heart is not tired at all,” said Chen Keyu, who was the first to cross the finish line. It was a very good sports experience for him.

 

The competition sets up 18 categories, including ironman, ironwoman, young and bike-run duathlon. This fully meets the needs of triathlon enthusiasts of all ages, allowing every athlete to experience the charm of competitive sports.
