It will consist of the full marathon (42.195 kilometers) with 3,000 runners, a half marathon (21.0975 kilometers) with 5,000 runners, and a happy run (about 5 kilometers) with 4,000 participants.

 

Chenzhou will offer ticket discounts of scenic areas for runners during the competition. Runners can enjoy a 50% discount on the ticket package in the Dongjiang Lake Tourist Area with their bib numbers and pay free visits to 12 national A-level tourist attractions such as Mangshan Mountain Tourist Area, Gaoyi Ridge Tourist Area, Feitian Mountain Scenic Area, and Jiulong River National Forest Park. 

 

 

At the same time, Chenzhou City has launched three boutique tourism routes, namely, the Danxia tour, the dynamic tour, and the ecological tour, allowing runners to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Chenzhou and experience its unique charm while participating in the competition.

 

The track starts from Wuling Square and connects Wuling Avenue, Youth Avenue, Xihe Bridge, Hongxin Road, Fenghuang Bridge, landmark buildings such as the Municipal Sports Center and the Municipal Cultural and Art Center, as well as scenic areas such as Suxian Ridge and Feitian Mountain, which will make every runner feel the beauty of nature and experience the vitality of the city by integrating natural scenery and urban culture.

 

The medals of the first Chenzhou Marathon are mainly in gold color, symbolizing victory and glory, which is in line with the competitive nature of marathon events. 

 

There are five landmark buildings in Chenzhou on the medal, namely, the sculpture Su Xian Riding a Crane, Wuling Pavilion, Qingfeng Bridge of Ailian Lake, Suxian Ridge memorial archway and Revolutionary Monument, which add strong local characteristics and cultural heritage to the medal. These buildings witness the historical changes of Chenzhou and carry the spirit and memory of the city.

 

 

The competition uniform for this marathon was also released. With the design concept mainly focusing on exercise and vitality, the uniform uses vivid colors such as orange, yellow, and green to outline a runner’s dynamic posture, showcasing the beauty of sports and conveying a positive spirit.
