It was learned from the Rural Ministry of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee that from this January to July, there had been 103.29 million yuan invested on the rural area construction. With this investment, 11571 street lamps were installed, 1805 rubbish dumps finished, 5965 waste and scraped houses demolished, 1.63 million trees planted and 256 sanitary teams established in the rural areas.

As to the greening work of rural areas, there were 108.68 million yuan fulfilled on the establishment of demonstration greening town, for example, 470 street& garden greening projects and 274 public parks or lands were accomplished well. Furthermore, 1.68 million trees for the establishment of greening demonstration village were planted and 438 public lands were built with 270986 square meters.
