In order to conscientiously implement the provincial and municipal decision of "one poverty alleviation, three promotion and six coverage" and realize the full coverage of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance, on the morning of June 18, Chenzhou City held the launching ceremony of "Intensive publicity month for full coverage of urban and rural endowment insurance" in Fudi Square, Suxianling, with the theme of "national insurance" action.

This publicity activity was jointly sponsored by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Municipal Taxation Bureau, and was specifically undertaken by Suxian District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Suxian District Tax Bureau and Suxianling Sub District Office. Huang Xiaodong, member of the Standing Committee of Suxian District Committee and Executive Deputy Chief of the District Government, delivered a speech, and Liu Mingfa, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, delivered a speech and announced the official launch of the publicity month. More than 200 business leaders and business backbones participated in the activities, providing more than 2000 on-site consultation. The activities were closely related to the theme, adhered to the policy of wide coverage, basic protection, multi-level and sustainable, and closely focused on the hot issues of insurance registration, payment methods, treatment receiving, survival certification, transfer and continuation of the majority of urban and rural residents, and carried out diversified publicity and detailed policy answers. At the activity site, the propaganda video of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance was played.

On the day of the activities, the county and urban areas carried out the centralized publicity activities simultaneously by means of on-site centralized consultation, distribution of publicity materials, hanging of slogans and banners, telephone consultation and media.

It was understood that since the establishment of a unified basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in 2014, the work of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in our city has achieved remarkable results. At present, there are 2.4802 million people participating in the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents, and 660600 people receive their pension monthly. The endowment insurance for urban and rural residents has become a major livelihood project and popular support project.
