In order to further promote the "revolution of public toilet and garbage station" in urban area, comprehensively improve the construction and management service level of public toilet and garbage station, and build the public toilet garbage station into the "miniature" and "micro landscape" of urban civilization, the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Center has carried out quality improvement and renovation of seven old public toilet garbage stations in the urban area.

Before renovation of public toilets:

The quality improvement and reconstruction of urban public toilet garbage station is a key livelihood project of Chenzhou City. The purpose is to solve the problems of poor environment, facilities damage and management services of public toilets and garbage stations.

After renovation of public toilets:

The newly renovated toilets will be carried out in strict accordance with the following standards. First, adhere to the design principles of ecology, environmental protection, economy and practicality, coordinate with the overall surrounding environment, and improve the internal facilities and practical functions. Second, public toilets implement the "Urban public toilet design standard" (CJJ14-2016), fully consider the proportion of men and women and the needs of special groups, add management room and the third toilet, pay attention to the details of handrails, grab bars and other sexual facilities and equipment, and improve the convenience of the use of public toilets. Third, pay attention to the quality and strictly control the construction standards. The space height, toilet space, partition board, floor and interior wall materials all meet the corresponding construction standards. Vertical greening and roof greening are adopted in some places, and signboards and guide boards are set up in a standardized way.

After upgrading and reconstruction of garbage station:

For a period of time, the municipal environmental health service center, with the opportunity of the "public toilet and garbage station revolution" three-year action plan and key livelihood practical projects, innovated the design concept, improved the construction standards, and improved the management level, striving to achieve the comprehensive improvement of the image and function of public toilets and garbage stations in our city, and provided a comfortable toilet experience for foreign tourists and citizens The sanitary environment around the garbage station has been greatly improved.
