Qualitative Change- Chenzhou City’s Development Pattern Changes Rapidly
It was reported that a modern agriculture and manorial economy forum was held in Chenzhou city on September 15, 2014. Jiang Heping- Professor of Economy and Development Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences was invited to share his ideas on Chenzhou city’s development of modern agriculture and manorial economy.
In the first half year of 2014, the total added value of Chenzhou city’s agriculture hit 7.1billion yuan with an increase of 3.5% which was 0.3% higher than the first quarter of 2014. Currently, there were over 100 regulated leisure villas were established in Chenzhou city on the basis of ecological resources of agriculture, products base of agricultural products and industrial belts of agriculture. Hunan provincial qualified 3-star, 4-star and 5-star level villas are 26, 14 and 15 respectively.
Jiang Heping delivered a speech entitled “development of manorial economy and the operational modes of Chinese manorial economy” on the forum, which described the connotation of manorial economy, analyzed the features and the roles of Chinese modern manorial economy, and introduced 6 typical operational modes of Chinese manorial economy. It helped to enrich the attendants’ knowledge and expand their ideas which would be significant to promote Chenzhou city’s improvement of modern featured agricultural manors.
