4.67 Billion Yuan Investments Achieved on Traffic Construction

It was learned from the second scheduling conference of Chenzhou traffic project construction and mobilization conference of 100 days’ construction contest, till now there has been 4.67 billion yuan investments achieved on traffic construction.

 

There were 5 projects with 169.9kms for main road extension during “the eleventh five period” of Chenzhou. Besides the 106th national Road from Shatian, Guidong County to Kaishan to be started in this August have finished the route selection with construction solution, other 4 projects were on the process of construction.

 

There were 23 projects with 408kms for main road construction during “the twelfth five period”. Till now, 13 items among them have started yet, while 7 projects to be started in the second half year are as follows: Anping to Yangnao of Anren county, Suxian district paper mill to Xiangpingshan, Sidu to Bamianshan mountain of Guidong county, Guiyang section and Yongxing section of Gui-Gao road, Huangsha to Mangshan mountain and Yingchun to Huangsha roads of Yizhang county.

 

Under the hard condition that the road construction plan is not been fully issued and capitals are not allocated, all the local governments have collected about 200 million yuan to launch the projects earlier than the required schedule. Till now, there have been road surfaces of 325.4kms, which accounts for 97.13% of the target of 2012; especially for Suxian, Yongxing, Rucheng and Anren, they have fulfilled 100% of the tasks now, all of which helps to meet the requirement of half task accomplished within half of the year.

 

Other projects are under good construction, for instance, 33 out of 66 dangerous bridges finish the transformation now; 7 out of 15 ferries are successfully reconstructed; road greening work with 4072.5kms are completed, among which, the main road greening work with 1089.3kms and rural road greening work with 2983.2kms are accomplished separately.
