Grasping the basic principal of making progress while ensuring stability, Chenzhhou municipal party committee and Chenzhou government made a scientific decision to face and solve problems, which greatly helped to keep steady and fast improvement for Chenzhou economy in the earlier half year. Chenzhou was honored as “National Entrepreneurial City” by the State Council

Chenzhou city launched the activity to establish national entrepreneurial city in 2009. After three years’ constructions, besides providing more job vacancies to Chenzhou urban citizens, Chenzhou attracted more outsiders to work here. It is not surprising to find many employees with different accents working together.

Chenzhou’s establishment of national entrepreneurial city was successfully approved by the state in this June. On July 17, the State Council will formally issue the “National Entrepreneurial City” honor to Chenzhou.
 

Jingui Silver is expected to be listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September

China Securities Issuance Examination Committee approved Jinggui Silver’s IPO application which would be listed into Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September.
With 8 years’ efforts, Jingui Silver is expected to be the second listing company in Chenzhou city while it is also Chinese only listing company with the theme of silve and the first private listing company in Chenzhou city.
 

Two expressways will be opened to public at the end of 2012

In the early half year, 3.82 billion yuan investment was accomplished on Chenzhou traffic construction with an increase of 160 million yuan.
The expressway investment has fulfilled 2.52 billion yuan till now. Xiamen-Chengdu express way and Hengnan-Linwu express way are on the process of pavement construction while the greening work has already finished. Both the two expressways can be opened to public at the end of 2012. Meanwhile, Yanling-Rucheng expressway is on the process of roadbed and bridge engineering construction.
 

Greening tasks for three-year greening project were over fulfilled

According to the greening tasks issued by Hunan Forestry Ministry, Chenzhou city has accomplished 444400mu afforestation and 500000mu planning forests for three-year greening project of urban and rural areas. Till now, 701200mu forests have been over fulfilled in Chenzhou city.

80 million yuan was invested on central city forestry scenery upgrading and 13000 mu of third section engineering afforestation. There were 2.60 million people taking part in volunteering trees’ planting with about 8.6 million trees setting the new record for afforestation areas. Now, Chenzhou is approved to create national forestry city with the reply got from China Forestry Ministry and Hunan Forestry Ministry.
