It was learned from the “two generals” working conference that Anren County was awarded as “Hunan provincial advanced county of collective negotiation work on enterprise wage”.

Anren county party committee and Anren government has paid great attention to the collective negotiation work of enterprise wage since 2011, and established a special leadership team with the members from county party committee standing committee, deputy county chiefs, leaders of county NPC and county CPPCC who are in charge of the county work, and principals of relative departments. A sound working pattern was formed in Anren County to list the collective negotiation work of wage as one of the assessment to villages’ annual work, cover its working funds into county financial budget, and gather department coordination on this work. It was learned that Anren County’s collective negotiation work of wage was considered to be the first on 2011 special work assessment of Chenzhou Federation of Trade Unions. Meanwhile, its collective negotiation work of wage was promoted and reported in different Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal media. Its sound collective negotiation work of wage becomes one of the most important pushing hands for the harmonious relationship between enterprises and labors and plays an active function on promoting Anren economic and social development.
