On June 16, 2013, 2013 “Wanbao International City Cup” Chenzhou –China Rally Championship ended successfully. A grand award ceremony was held on the athletic field of Chenzhou Vocational and Technical College. Chenzhou section of China Rally Championship was with about 611kms race.
Mark Higgins and his teammate Hanhan who were from Subaru team won the champion and second place separately. Wang Xiang from Dmack wheel team won the third place.

Deputy Director of Auto and Motor Cycle Sports Management Center of State General Administration of Sport- Chen Xuezhong, Chenzhou municipal leaders- Li Xiping, Zhang Xihui and Wang Dong, and Director of Sport Program Administration Office of Hunan Provincial Sport Bureau and Deputy Chairman of Hunan Auto Racing Association- Pan Shaoqin awarded the winners with prizes accordingly.
