In the first gold foil painting activity, volunteers popularized the profound history of China’s intangible cultural heritage to children. Through vivid explanations and rich pictures, children were able to appreciate the unique charm of intangible cultural heritage.

The DIY woodblock printing was also very popular. At the event, children experienced the entire process of woodblock printing under the guidance of volunteers.

Children carefully learned how to brush ink and print, and soon created exquisite works. They were proud of themselves when looking at these works.

This series of intangible cultural heritage themed activities were held at Chunmiao Bookstore Beihu Children's Hall, Sunshine Children's City Hall, Ailian Lake Hall, and Yongquan Parent-Child Reading Hall, with a total of 7 events, which attracted more than 150 families to participate.
