Optimize and improve the functions of the park. Chenzhou City has actively supported Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, Zixing Economic Development Zone and other parks to establish national economic development zones; supported the expansion of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, Zixing Economic Development Zone, Guiyang High-tech Zone, Yizhang Economic Development Zone, Linwu Industrial Park and Anren Industrial Concentration Zone. Chenzhou has also actively established Chenzhou Health Industrial Park; further promoted the implementation of the "135" project upgrade, and reasonably determined the overall layout, scale and relevant supporting facilities of the standard plant construction in the industrial park. Each park has reasonably determined the reserved industrial land scale according to the industrial planning, and actively carried out the industrial land reserve work to make the reserve industrial land not less than 300 mu; continued to strengthen and improve infrastructure construction in the park, such as electricity, gas, heating, water supply, communications, roads, fire control, flood control, civil air defense, pollution control, and public information, technology, logistics and other supporting facilities.

Speed up the construction of demonstration areas. Chenzhou has actively promoted further cooperation in cultural exchange, tourism development, sports events and other aspects among Chenzhou, Ganzhou and Shaoguan red triangle areas, and built the red triangle into a leading area for Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi to connect with the GBA, a demonstration area for inter provincial industrial transfer in Hunan, and a joint construction area for Nanling cultural tourism; supported the construction and development of "enclave economy" in Chenzhou; built Taiwan's industrial parks and actively applied for the establishment of cross strait industrial cooperation zones; built a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration area, explored to form a systematic solution for sustainable utilization of water resources and green development; taken the opportunity of building a production service-oriented national logistics hub bearing city to accelerate the pilot of comprehensive reform of the national service industry; responded positively to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, and promoted the industry alliance in the fields of equipment manufacturing, mining, agriculture, construction, hydropower, forging and casting.
