Golden September, great achievements. The opening ceremony of 2015 Chenzhou (Dongjiang) First Flower & Gardening Expo (short for “flower expo”) which was with the theme of “happiness is like flower”was opened in Dongjiang- Xinyuan Ecological Agricultural Park on September 26, 2015. Thousands of flowers were shown on the expo.

The flower expo covered with 8800 square meters, including 2800 square meters interior flower and art exhibition hall and 6000 square meters exterior water landscape park and garden displaying potted landscape. It was introduced that 16 display areas as dendrobium officinale area, psammophytes area, three-dimensional plants area, hanging plants area, etc., were set in the interior exhibition hall. Flower arrangement, boutique orchid, root carving, flower decoration, desert landscape, and etc. were displayed there.

Besides the first dance of the opening ceremony “flowering and flourishing age”, Guzhen performance, flower arrangement show, and some other performances were displayed there.

After the opening ceremony, visitors traveled around ecological agricultural park. The garden displaying potted landscape which is about 2800 square meters big is decorated with different flowers, flowerpots, and floor stands with different shapes or miniature landscapes.

On stepping into the interior exhibition hall of the flower expo, visitors felt like stepping into the flower sea. Mr. Song who is a flower fan was amazing to see such beautiful sceneries of flowers.

It was introduced by Jiang Lejiang that this expo would try to present the new achievements of Chenzhou city’s flowering and gardening industry, share new experience, promote new technology, propagandize flowering culture, popularize the flower knowledge, and guide the flower consumption. It was purposely to improve the development of flowering industry, urban –rural ecological condition, social and economic development, and ecological civilize construction.
