Prefabricated Buildings Develop in Chenzhou
Prefabricated building is a reform of construction mode, and also an important measure for the construction industry to implement the supply side structural reform proposed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Since 2017, the general office of the State Council and the general office of the provincial people's government have successively issued the "Guiding opinions on vigorously developing prefabricated buildings" and "Implementation opinions on accelerating the development of prefabricated buildings" and other documents, to provide all-round guarantee and escort for the promotion of prefabricated buildings.
Since entering Chenzhou High-tech Zone in 2014, Broad Homes Chenzhou factory has been focusing on the newly built affordable housing project in Chenzhou. The Jintian Jiayuan public rental housing project and Dongcheng Jiayuan affordable housing project in the High-tech Zone are both built by Chenzhou Broad Homes, which is the "zero breakthrough" in the implementation of assembly building in Chenzhou development project.
In 2017, Broad Homes Industry Co., Ltd. of Chenzhou High-tech Zone signed a framework cooperation agreement with Chenzhou Dakang Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Xiangnan Real Estate Co., Ltd., which was another achievement of Broad Homes in Chenzhou to promote equipment construction project.
According to Feng Haitao, General Manager of Chenzhou Broad Homes, prefabricated buildings can save 80 percent water, 70 percent energy, 60 percent time, 20 percent materials and 20 percent land. "The development of prefabricated buildings is an important measure to implement the concept of green development, realize the modernization of buildings, ensure the quality of projects, shorten the construction cycle, and promote the supply side structural reform and the development of new urbanization. We should take active action to accelerate the development of prefabricated buildings in the city." Gu Huaxiong, Director of the Municipal Real Estate Bureau, said.
