There is a mountainous county in middle section of Luoxiao mountain and south foot of Jinggangshan mountain. Birds and animals live a peaceful life in its primeval forest. Some villages locate in green mountains. Different featured sceneries of four seasons are available there.

That is Guidong county whose forest coverage is over 82.3%. In earlier stage, its economic development was affected by the inconvenient transportation. The improvement on some ecological industries as tea, seedling, medical materials, and etc. greatly helped Guidong county to upgrade its agriculture industrialization. Recently, some reporters visited Qingquan town of Guidong county to learn the development of tea industry there.

When reporters arrived, Lan Kaiming- a young guy of She minority was busy with his business in his specialty store. The year before last year, the 23-old guy loaned over 0.8 million yuan to build his tea garden and registered his tea brand with the assistance of local government.
The tea workers were picking the last batch of spring tea in Lan's tea garden. "More than 650kgs tea were sold to Changsha city just days ago. Because of the sound ecological condition, local tea is much better than some other places. With the support of local government, our tea industry was improved easier. The total net income of 2013 was amounted to 0.8 million yuan In 2013."gladly said by Lan.

Jiang Qiusheng- the inheritor of Linglong tea engineering which is Chenzhou city's intangible cultural heritage considered that the sound ecological condition enabled Guidong county's tea with special and sound taste. It was introduced by Jiang that Guidong county's tea is cloud mountain tea. The high level negative oxygen ion in the county's air is one of the key reasons for the frangant taste of Linglong tea. At the mean time, the tea trees were planted in the nondense forest that improved local ecological condition accordingly. "Tea industry is a substanable development industry."

Jiang learned the tea making skillS from his farther when he was 17-year old. Now besides the hand-made tea which handled by himself, he also operated a tea processing factory. Currently, there are over 200mu tea garden with annual income of 0.2 million yuan available for Jiang. He intended to expand it gradually. Along with the improvement of business, Jiang was more aware of the importance of the brand marketing. He registered his tea brand as well and asked his children to study the market beforehand to proceed for further brand marketing.

It was learned from Zhong Jiangang- Deputy County Chief of Guidong County that focusing on the target to establish Guidong county to be "China's county of tea", great efforts were tried on the improvement of tea projects. Followed with the requirements of centralized and standard production and industrialized marketing, 10,000mu tea gardens were increased in Guidong county every year since 2011. Till now, 88,000mu tea gardens have been facilitated in the county. 60,000mu was operated with the centralized production. The annual output volume hitt 2600tons with an amount of 360 million yuan. Over 10,000 farmers' families with more than 30,000 people joined in this industry with increase of income of 1200yuan/person. Guidong county's tea industry is improved to be the industry with biggest production base and largestroduction scale of Hunan province. Furthermore, Guidong county was listed in "national top And key100 tea industry counties".
