The waves of Dongjiang River

On April 21, 2017 Dongjiang Drifting opened. More than 200 guests and media reporters gathered in Dongjiang Lake National 5A Scenic Area of Zixing City, Hunan Province to experience the thrilling fun of "dancing with the waves, reflections of passion".

Dongjiang Drifting is one of the core attractions of Dongjiang Lake 5A Scenic Area, located in the middle of Dongjiang Lake - Huangcao Town, with 28km of whole trip and 108 rapids. Because of original ecology, rapids and waves, and thrilling trip, Dongjiang Drifting was known as the "First drifting of eco-tourism in China" and "First drifting in Asia-Pacific". Since the official open in 1995, it has attracted more and more tourists at home and abroad to experience here. In 2016, Dongjiang Drifting received a total of more than 100,000 domestic and foreign tourists.

The opening time this year is from late April to early October, daily receiving more than 1,000 people of "drifting guest".
