General Concept Plan of Chenzhou Racing Base

Chenzhou Sports and Culture Industry Park, located in Youshan Village, Huatang Town, Beihu District, was officially established in 2015 and has been invested in 40 million in the early stage for land purchase, and overall planning and design. The project was planned to invest 1.6 billion yuan, covers an area of 1229 mu (about 249 mu of construction land), and constructed with the functional system of "one corridor, one circle, two heart, four districts", divided into two stages of simultaneous construction. The first stage competition area started the construction in May 2017, and the construction of cross-country, tension, carding racing and office buildings and hotels was completed by the end of 2017; the second phase will complete other construction, with the forward planning area of 4770 mu. On the basis of the first stage construction, the latest achievements of the international country will be absorbed, and the innovative forward-looking idea will be incorporated into the new urban area of sports culture.

The project aims to make full use of the local regional and transportation advantages, with the help of local historical and folk culture, and combine natural scenery with local customs mainly to build international automobile track, car park, leisure resorts and cultural base, becoming the national sports cultural industry park with sports events, sports culture, tourism leisure and other functions.

This project takes the sports culture creativity as the theme and the automobile sports industry as the foundation, combines tourism leisure business pattern and tourism community construction, and combines the theme of creative sports culture to form the overall industrial pattern of upstream and downstream horizontal and vertical, enhance the natural ecological value of land, promote the surrounding community residents to participate in tourism, increase the social benefits of tourism cultural creative industry, and achieve the maximum of social, ecological and economic benefits of the project with the low carbon creative industry.

The functional areas of Chenzhou Sports and Culture Industry Park:

Racing Area (Race driving), covering an area of about 516.7 mu, is located in the west of the park, including the 0-400 meter straight line acceleration track, the automobile cross-country field, the water park, the maintenance area (compatible with the carding car), the competition service center, the racing club, the famous car tasting center, the distribution square, the oil supply point and the parking lot.

Sports Culture Exhibition and Experience Area (Culture driving), covering an area of about 202.37 mu, is located in the northeast of the park, including racing creative center, conference forum and expo center, sports and culture industry incubator, constant temperature stadiums and gymnasiums, sports star house, performing arts center (simulated stadium experience pavilion), expanded training base, 7-man football field, outdoor court, parking lot, etc., as well as mineral precious stones and cultural relics auction trading center, cultural corridor, artists village, etc.

Supporting Service Area (Service driving), covering an area of about 37.92 mu, located in the middle of the park, provides commercial and office support for the park, including tourist service center, training center, news center, office center, supporting commerce and so on.

Ecological Resort Area (Ecological driving), covering an area of about 443.16 mu, mainly the southeast mountain area, is the ecological conservation area of the park and the main functions include sports injury physiotherapy and rehabilitation center, national physique testing center, helipad and so on.
