The total investment is 2.3 billion yuan, about 500 mu of land, of which 350 mu for construction land, and the construction scale is about 240,000 square meters. Based on the idea of "remembering history, inheriting culture and creating industry", Linyi Xiandu extracts the elements of ancient architecture from 11 counties and cities in Chenzhou under the condition of original ecological natural resources, and focuses on displaying Chenzhou's history, architecture, folk customs, commerce and trade, guild hall, academy of learning, medical healthy, and other cultural souls, creating the business card of urban culture industry which integrates the literature, industry, form and ecology.
Xiangnan Eco-geological Science Education Theme Tourism Area:

The total investment is 650 million yuan, covering an area of 357mu, of which 56 mu for construction land. Based on natural mountains and rivers, and waste mine caves, the project with the theme of "Passionate landscape, magic profile", combines with civil air defense works to build into the reuse of waste mine cave, theme park group with both humanistic and ecological characteristics, recreation complex and the civil air defense engineering model in the whole province and even the whole country by means of high technology of sound and photoelectricity. In addition to the archaic human landscape, the project includes mining cave drift, water park, dream ice world and other entertainment items.

Tianxia Xiangcun Beautiful Country Demonstration Area:

The total investment is 1.35 billion yuan, covering an area of about 200 mu. The project takes the former site of the Guanshan Cave Ancient Village as the protection core, utilizes the beautiful environment and abundant aquatic plants of the Tiantang benchland, and combines the leisure tourism to draw a beautiful picture which integrates the rural tourism, leisure and sightseeing.
