Recently, Linwu County signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huaxia Micro-Movie Culture Media Center to build the Huaxia (Linwu) dragon culture microfilm town project, which planned to build Linwu to be a hospot for "microfilm copyright platform + experience + microfilm business street + smart special homestay + microfilm derivatives", forming the leading brand and new coordinate of regional culture market.

It was understood that the Huaxia (Linwu) dragon culture microfilm town project with 2000 mu of construction land planned to shoot 100 films with the theme of small town in the project area, carry out national micro-film activities, establish the Huaxia microfilm "Dragon Culture Channel" and so on to strive to build Linwu into a national characteristic town, national cultural innovation base, microfilm congress permanent base, and copyright transaction clearing center of microfilm and micro video in Chenzhou and surrounding area.

"Modern people's attention has become a scarce resource and everyone's time is fragmented. It takes a lot of investment and time to make a movie. In fact, a microfilm can tell a good story in only 5 minutes. I hope that the directors, screenwriters and local actors can take the microfilms as the starting point to shoot more good works that are full of customs and resonate with the audience to contribute their strength for rising home spirit and carrying forward the truth, goodness and beauty of hometown." It was reported that in order to promote the project construction, the county has set up a high specification project command with the county Party secretary as the director and the heads of various departments as the members, including comprehensive coordination, land expropriation, construction, supervision, publicity and other working groups. At the same time, they have made a reasonable division of duty and clear responsibility, strictly implemented work according with the time node, actively improved the procedure of the project in the early stage, and started the land expropriation and other related work as soon as possible to ensure the construction of the project as scheduled.

The county will take this project as an opportunity to lead innovation and open up, further promote the development of global tourism in Linwu County and accelerate the construction of "power Linwu, open Linwu, ecological Linwu, law Linwu and harmonious Linwu".
