Lei Yefei (Honest and Trustworthy Model for 1st Term of Chenzhou City): Female, born in May of 1967, member of CPC, Director of ICU Department of Chenzhou Children’s Hospital of 1st People’s Hospital. In order to improve the department’s capacity of curing the high risk pediatric diseases, Lei studied hard after work. Her efforts also mobilized her team members that the technological level of her department was upgraded greatly. In recent years, over 7000 critical diseases were cured by Lei and her team with a successful rate of over 95%.
