Xiao Guibin (Honest and Trustworthy Model for 1st Term of Chenzhou City): Male, born in January, 1961, member of CPC, maintainer of Zixing Water Plant. Xiao worked as a maintainer of tap water pipeline for 35 years. All tasks were fulfilled by him. During the period of ice disaster in 2008, ten thousands of water meter were broken by the freeze and a large number families were suffered from lacking of water supply. Xiao Guibin was volunteered to undertake the maintenance work and kept working in the condition of minus 0°for over 20 days, which helped to ensure all the work to be fulfilled on time with good quality.
