Butterfly Valley Comprehensive Park project, located in the Zhujiangqiao Village of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park (Chenzhou Export Processing Zone), is a key cultural tourism industry project in Chenzhou, a total area of 289 mu, with a planned investment of 230 million yuan, which can accommodate nearly 10,000 tourists.

In May 2016, the cornerstone laying ceremony of Butterfly Valley Comprehensive Park project was held and was expected to be completed and put into use in early 2018.

The park will set up more than 30 rides, including the aquarium, zoo, Jurassic Dinosaur Valley, flower Park and food square. The aquarium and zoo will be the children's favorite and the zoo's rare animals will enable the children to feast their eyes, watching the rhinoceros, tigers, giraffes and so on at close range. The aquarium is based on the color of the sea, which makes visitors feel as if they were by the sea in summer.
