Dongjiang Bay is located in the urban areas of Zixing City, adjacent to the national 5A scenic spot, Dongjiang Lake, with unique scenery and profound history. 

 

 

 

It starts from Xiaodongjiang Hydropower Station in the east, extends as far as Liyujiang Hydropower Station in the west, reaches Lianhua Road in the north, and ends at Dongjiang Avenue and Chenzhou Avenue in the south, with an area of 2.89 square kilometers area. 

 

 

 

It is renowned for its long cultural history, beautiful mountains and rivers, and abundant natural resources. It has become a small tourist destination for leisure and vacation. It’s known as the first bay of leisure tourism in the province. In 2019, it was successfully approved as a provincial-level tourist resort. 

 

 

In recent years, relying on ecological tourism resources of Dongjiang Lake, the city government has transformed the scenery and night views along both sides of Dongjiang Bay, comprehensively improved infrastructure projects and night tourism projects, promoted the integration of various business forms. Efforts have been made to create the Moonlit Night on the Dongjiang Lake project, encompassing multiple consumption chains such as catering, bars, entertainment and performing arts, which can enrich the nightlife of tourists and citizens.
