On August 16, 2012, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee announced the opening of Suxian Blessing Square project. It took about one year to confirm the launching of Suxian blessing square and urban redevelopment of its surrounded areas. Once finished, it can provide a leisure square for Suxian citizens, and a cultural tourism square for Suxianling national scenery.

This square project is one of the “two-oriented city” construction strategy projects for upgrading the living conditions of citizens as well as one of the urban infrastructure construction projects. It covers 244 mu areas with planning investment of 25 million yuan. It will be operated by the project owner of Poly Real Estate, which ranks the top three real estate companies of China in three consecutive years.

It was learned that Chenzhou government had done good preliminary work for this project. Now the house acquisition work within this project’s areas almost has been finished. Once the project is accomplished, all the citizens can go to the new leisure place, which is with commercial, shopping, and entertainment functions. Meanwhile, it will be great helpful for improving Chenzhou city image and living conditions.

Municipal leaders Zhong Benqiang, Li Ping, Peng Shian, Zhang Yangping, Tang Guodong, Zhang Chengcheng, Secretary of Party Group of Xiangnan University- Xiao Dichu, and Director of Hunan Baoli Group- An Qiang attended this launching ceremony.
