It was learned from three activities for Chenzhou working style rectification governance through TV recorded broadcast mobilization meeting that all the preliminary work has been got ready and now is on the stage of record.

Special performances for governance through TV will be recorded and broadcasted according to the following time schedule: August 23- traffic construction; August 26- city upgrading and August 29- industrial transfer. It will be operated as the form “host + short video + guest interview + expert comments”, lasting for 70-80 minutes for each performance. At the beginning, there will be VCRs to show the successful achievements, working tasks and the current project conditions. On the process of VCR display, there will be 9-10 problems aroused frequently, and guests can make the comments on the problems and audiences can ask some questions accordingly. The performance will be recorded in Chenzhou television station hall in the morning but broadcasted in the evening.

The attendants of the governance through TV were selected from different departments and citizens. 16 guests who will be asked about governance were selected from municipal subordinate departments, 135 guests who will be on the stage were from representatives of the Party, Chenzhou municipal NPC and CPPCC, working style supervisors, law workers, representatives of citizens registered via hotline, representatives of enterprises, etc., and some audience guests were from three activities subordinate departments principals and staffs. It was intended to make this governance through TV performance to be a TV on-site working conference, which will be public, interactive, practical and public judged.

It was required by Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Mao Tengfei that the departments which were exposed to problems on the TV show should pay high attention to solving the problems at the soonest time. Besides solving the problems discovered during the governance through TV, the department should also perfect the mechanism on the process, avoiding the same problems happening again.

Liu Guangyue- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of Chenzhou Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission stated on the conference that governance through TV is not just a performance, but a helpful platform to expose problems, solve problems, interact with people and promote working improvement as well. All the departments should watch the TV to improve their work and take the immediate action to solve the problems aroused in the show.

Zhou Yingchun- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Ministry hosted the conference. All the attendants watched the programs of Wuhan governance through TV.
