The pre-post training for 2012 new selected college graduate village officials was convoked in the Party school of Chenzhou municipal party committee on August 31, 2012. 255 new village officials attended this pre-post training. After this training, they will take another training of rural work knowledge， which will be organized by relative counties and last for 5 days. Then they will start their work as village officials.

On the pre-post training conference, the new selected village officials studied “suggestions on strengthening the work of college graduate village officials” which was issued by the organization department of central committee of CPC. Three representatives of previous college graduate village officials shared the grassroot level working experience on the conference. And one representative from new officials gave a speech there. It was emphasized on the conference that all the college graduate village officials should take the village as home and bare the ideology to serve for the villages with their knowledge and specialties, so that they can contribute to the socialism new rural construction and social development.
