Doctors and Masters graduated from full-time colleges are free from written examination

2013 Hunan college-graduate village officials selection notice was released on April 24, 2013. According to the notice, 2456 graduates would be dispatched to the villages. 294 vacancies were for Chenzhou city, ranking the top place of Hunan province and breaking the record of Chenzhou city as well.

There were some different points for 2013 college-graduate village officials selection, such as higher qualification requirement that junior college graduates were not capable for the enrollment and more equal written examination condition that only doctors and masters from full-time college can be free from the written examination.
