Integrating into Chenzhou, building Chenzhou and concerning for Chenzhou

“Cadres taking temporary posts in Chenzhou city are valuable resources and important force for the development of Chenzhou. We sincerely hope all the cadres can place your best role in Integrating into Chenzhou, building Chenzhou and concerning for Chenzhou.”said Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee in the symposium held for cadres taking temporary posts in Chenzhou city.

113 cadres from central government and some developed provinces have been introduced to Chenzhou city by Hunan Provincial Party Committee since 2000. They were posted in different municipal departments or counties accordingly. In the symposium, 25 cadres shared their working experiences with all attendants and presented important advices on Chenzhou city’s take-off and further economical and social development.

Xiang highly affirmed the cadres’ hardworking on promoting the further improvement of Chenzhou city. Many new concepts, ideas, working styles, etc. were introduced by the cadres to upgrade the working level of Chenzhou government staffs.

Xiang also stated that the cadres should play more active role in promoting their work efficiency during their working period in Chenzhou city.

Xiang sincerely hope all the cadres can integrate themselves into Chenzhou city and can work as a Chenzhou citizen to improve the development of Chenzhou city with all their efforts.

Xiang pointed that a better talent cultivation platform and working condition should be established in Chenzhou city to handle a better work on cadres taking temporary posts in Chenzhou city and to attract more talents into Chenzhou city as well.
