On May 23, 2013, Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee led team to visit Chenzhou Realty Administrative Bureau and investigate the realty work handled in Chenzhou city.

In recent years, the housing security, real estate development and other work were promoted steadily in Chenzhou city. 26500 low-income families were provided with the security housings in earlier years. From this January to April, 2.96 billion yuan were placed to the investment of real estate with an increase of 42% which was about 27% higher than Hunan provincial average level.

Zhong Benqiang highly affirmed the realty work handled by the Chenzhou Realty Administrative Bureau in recent years to promote Chenzhou city’s social and economical development after listening to the working reports delivered by the staffs of bureau. During this period, Chenzhou city’s quality level was upgraded and fortunes were accumulated fast with the rapid development of real estate industry; security housing projects were kept the leading place in Human province; the happiness index of disadvantageous group people was kept upgraded by solving the housing problems to them accordingly; and property management level was upgraded as well to promote the development of service industry. On the basis of those achievements mentioned above, further and better work especially on the real estate industry work and security housing projects should be carried out by the bureau to contribute more to the development of Chenzhou society and economy. On the other hand, further supervision and support would be placed on the realty work by Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress and Standing Committee.
