2013 Chenzhou Anti-drug Television and Telephone Conference was held in Chenzhou city on May 23, 2013. Some municipal leaders and relative departments’ principals attended the conference. The working conference spirit of Hunan provincial anti-drug television and telephone conference was delivered on the conference. At the meantime, a general summarize of anti-drug work handled in 2012 and 2013 anti-drug work arrangement was figured out on the conference.

Followed by the anti-drug security work of the 18th National People’s Congress, Chenzhou city actively innovated the anti-drug social management mechanism, implemented the anti-drug measures and tried to step in the front of other cities of Hunan province in 2013 on the anti-drug work. Per the work handled in 2012, great achievements were reached by Chenzhou city which was highly affirmed by Hunan provincial government and relative high level departments.

Wang Biyuan- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Politics and Law Committee required on the conference that all relative departments should follow the provincial anti-drug conference spirit to meet the anti-drug target accordingly and create a new stage of Chenzhou city’s anti-drug work.

Tang Guodong- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City, Secretary of Party Group and Director General of Chenzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and Director of Chenzhou Anti-drug Committee stated that clearer idea should be kept during the investigation of crime process, upgraded mechanism should be improved, and enhanced propaganda work should be carried out simultaneously to improve the anti-drug work. On the conference, 2013 anti-drug working reports were submitted by the counties and districts and 2012 advanced units and individuals were granted with their honors. Furthermore, 8 key supervision towns (streets) of 2013 were listed on the conference.
