It was learned from Chenzhou Human Resource and Social Security Administration that a strict labor dispatch regulation action was carried out by it to promote the implementation of “Labor Contract Law”.

As introduced by the staff of the administration, a special leadership group of labor dispatch regulation work was established by Chenzhou Human Resource and Social Security Administration and Chenzhou Municipal Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce. According to the new version of “Labor Contract Law”, more specified registration process was required for the labor dispatch company or unit. Assisted with the labor force registration information system and regular working reports submitted by the local governments, comprehensive and dynamic labor dispatch supervision was covered by Chenzhou municipal government. At the meantime, enhanced enforcement was carried out by the government to investigate the illegal behaviors happened on the labor dispatch process.
