Further Acceleration for Fulfilling the Targets

Qu Hai asked for above requirement on the re-scheduling of key projects

 

Key projects scheduling conference was held by Chenzhou government on June 7, 2013. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City required on the conference that further acceleration should be upgraded on the construction of project to make sure all the targets set in the beginning of this year can be fulfilled on time.

 

With the efforts of relative departments, series of practical problems hindered on the way of project construction have been solved well and more support has been placed on the key projects, so great achievements were reached on the key projects construction of Chenzhou city in 2013. But some problems as unbalanced construction scheduling, narrow-neck issues of production elements, construction condition, etc. still bothered the further improvement of projects.

 

Problems as relocation of lines, requisition of land, construction of infrastructure etc. concerned for 16 municipal level key projects were listed on the conference for detailed discussion. Relative departments and county principals confirmed the solution and time schedule to solve the problems on the conference directly.

 

Qu stressed on his summary speech that all the projects should be accelerated in this gold season of construction. Great efforts and scientific management should be placed on the construction of key projects.

 

Qu also required that better service should be provided for the promotion of key projects to solve the highlighted problems and optimize their construction condition.

 

Qu stated that more strict supervision and evaluation rule should be figured out to guarantee the implementation of construction policies to make sure all the departments can work together to fulfill the targets set in the beginning of this year.
